Cleaning Robots for Twin Cities Facilities

Autonomous floor scrubbers, sweepers and service robots for buildings across the Twin Cities metro — both downtowns, the suburbs and the industrial corridors in between. We demo on your floor, map your routes, train your crew and service the machine ourselves. Nothing gets handed to a call center.

Why metro buildings call us

One crew. Six buildings. Same hours in the night.

The facility managers we meet in the Twin Cities are rarely running one building. They are running a portfolio — an office in Bloomington, a warehouse in Eagan, two schools in the north metro — with a crew that is short two people and a contract quote that went up again in January.

Floor care is where that math breaks first. It is the highest-hour, lowest-judgment part of the job, and it is the part that shows the fastest when it slips. A robot takes the long open runs at each site and gives those hours back to the work that actually needs a person standing there.

Metro geography makes it worse. Drive time between sites is dead payroll, and a crew that loses forty minutes crossing the river is a crew that shorts a floor somewhere. The buildings that get the most out of a robot are usually the ones a supervisor visits least.

Then there is the five-month problem. Salt, sand and melt tracked across a Twin Cities entrance from November to April is the fastest way to destroy a floor finish in this state — and it is exactly the kind of repeatable, high-volume scrubbing a machine will do at 2 a.m. without being asked twice.

"I had Taylor and Mark with RevoRoute Robotics come out and demo the CleanPro C30 and CleanBoss C40 in one of my pole barns, and I was very impressed. We started in a dirty area to really see what the robots could do, and they handled it extremely well."

"RevoRoute Robotics came out and did a demo for our school leaders to see the potential in the product at our school. The guys were full of knowledge as well as kindness."

We have also run demos and deployments at New Prague High School, Union Gospel Mission, Bristol Village and on the show floor at MASMS. Read all ten reviews or read what happened at each building.

Multi-site portfolios

If you run more than one building, start with one robot.

The mistake we watch people make is trying to price a fleet before they have proof. You cannot get a facilities budget approved on a brochure.

Put one machine in your hardest building — the one with the worst entrance, the longest corridor or the crew that is shortest — and run it for a season. You will know inside three weeks whether the hours came back. Then you take a real number to your board instead of a vendor estimate.

We support that directly: 3-, 6- and 9-month pilot terms, and flexible payment structures built around your fiscal year rather than ours. If the pilot does not earn its keep in your building, we would rather you say so than sign a five-year lease you regret.

Why local matters

Shakopee-based. We answer the phone.

A robot is not a box you buy — it is a machine that has to keep running on your floor at two in the morning, six months from now.

From our shop in Shakopee we are roughly 25 minutes to Bloomington, 30 to downtown Minneapolis, 45 to downtown St. Paul and under an hour to almost any address in the seven-county metro. That is not a marketing radius. That is the drive we make when your machine stops working.

Buy from a national reseller and your support is a ticket queue in another time zone. Buy from us and you get the two people who mapped your building. We train your staff before we hand over the keys, and when something goes sideways you call a Minnesota number and a Minnesota person picks up.

That is the whole model: right robot, right route, trained staff, local support. Anyone can ship you a machine. Almost nobody in this market will show up when it stops working.

Questions we get

Twin Cities cleaning robots, answered

Which parts of the Twin Cities do you actually cover?
All seven metro counties — Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott and Carver — plus greater Minnesota on request. We are based in Shakopee, which puts us under an hour from nearly every metro address. If you are outside that, call us anyway; we drive.
What does a cleaning robot cost in the Twin Cities?
Leases start around $454 a month for the CleanPro C30 and $668 for the CleanBoss C40 on a 60-month term — roughly $15 and $22 a day. Outright purchase is available, and so are custom payment plans and 3-, 6- or 9-month pilot programs if you want to prove it out before committing. Your exact number depends on credit approval and term; we confirm it at the demo.
I manage several buildings. Do I have to buy a fleet?
No, and we will talk you out of it if you try. Start with one machine in your hardest building and run it for a season. Once you have real hours-back numbers from your own floor, adding units is a budget conversation instead of a leap of faith.
Will it replace my cleaning staff?
No, and we will tell you so on the call. A robot absorbs the repeatable floor work — long runs, the same corridor every night, warehouse aisles. Your crew keeps the judgment work: restrooms, detail, touchpoints, anything that needs a person deciding what "clean" means. Most of our customers use the hours they get back rather than cutting headcount.
What brand of robot is this?
Every machine we sell is a KEENON. The CleanPro C30 is the KEENON KLEENBOT C30, the CleanBoss C40 is the KLEENBOT C40, the RouteRunner T10 is the DINERBOT T10, and so on. KEENON has shipped more than 100,000 robots across 60 countries and 600 cities. We are the Minnesota cleaning robot dealer, and we handle the sale, the routing, the training and the service.
Do the robots handle Minnesota winter salt?
That is one of the best cases for them. Entrances and vestibules take five months of salt, sand and melt, and they need scrubbing far more often than a stretched crew can manage. A scrubber will run that same entry route every night without complaint, which is what actually protects the finish.
What happens when something breaks?
You call us and we come. Service is local, out of Shakopee. That is the entire reason to buy from a Minnesota dealer instead of ordering a machine online.
