Why Rochester buildings call us

A city that runs 24 hours cannot clean on a 9-to-5 schedule.

Rochester is not a normal city its size. The clinic and hospital economy pulls in visitors, families and staff around the clock, and it fills far more hotel rooms, senior living units and food-service floors than the population alone would suggest.

That means high-traffic hard floor that never really gets a quiet window — lobbies, corridors, dining rooms, elevator landings, back-of-house. And it means the standard for how a floor is supposed to look is higher here than almost anywhere else in the state, because your visitors are already anxious before they walk in the door.

Meanwhile the same hiring problem hits Rochester that hits everywhere: the posting stays open, the contract quote climbs, and floor care is the first thing that quietly gets shortened. A robot does not fix your staffing. It takes the repeatable runs off the schedule so the people you do have can spend their hours on the work that needs judgment.

Add five months of salt and melt tracked through every entrance from November to April, and daily entry scrubbing stops being optional if you want the finish to survive the winter.

"I had Taylor and Mark with RevoRoute Robotics come out and demo the CleanPro C30 and CleanBoss C40 in one of my pole barns, and I was very impressed. We started in a dirty area to really see what the robots could do, and they handled it extremely well."

Hospitality and senior living

The robots that matter most in Rochester are not all cleaners.

In a hotel or a senior living building, the bottleneck is rarely just the floor. It is the number of trips your staff make down a corridor carrying something.

The RoomRunner W3 is an enclosed, secure cabin delivery robot that calls the elevator itself and runs front desk to guest room without a person walking it. The RouteRunner T10 handles service, bussing and delivery in dining rooms and event space, with a screen on the front you can use for messaging. Both take steps out of a shift that nobody was ever going to enjoy.

Pair one of those with a CleanBoss C40 on the corridors and you have covered the two jobs that eat the most labor hours in a building that never closes. We will tell you at the demo which of the two is actually worth doing first in your building — and if the answer is neither, we will say that too.

These are floor-care and material-handling machines, not disinfection equipment. We do not make clinical claims and we will not let anyone sell you one on that basis.

Why local matters

Shakopee-based. We make the drive.

A robot is not a box you buy — it is a machine that has to keep running on your floor at two in the morning, six months from now.

Rochester is about an hour and a half from our shop in Shakopee, and we cover southeast Minnesota from there. We are not a national reseller quoting you a service window. We are the two people who will map your building, and the two people who show up when it stops working.

We train your staff before we hand over the keys, so the machine is running the way you want it before we drive home. And when something goes sideways, you call a Minnesota number and a Minnesota person picks up.

That is the whole model: right robot, right route, trained staff, local support. Anyone can ship you a machine. Almost nobody in this market will come back for it.

Questions we get

Rochester cleaning robots, answered

Do you actually come down to Rochester?
Yes. We are based in Shakopee, about an hour and a half north, and we cover Rochester and southeast Minnesota. The demo is free, it happens in your building on your actual floor, and we map a real route while you watch.
What does a cleaning robot cost in Rochester?
Leases start around $454 a month for the CleanPro C30 and $668 for the CleanBoss C40 on a 60-month term — roughly $15 and $22 a day. Outright purchase is available, and so are custom payment plans and 3-, 6- or 9-month pilot programs if you want to prove it out first. Your exact number depends on credit approval and term; we confirm it at the demo.
We run a hotel or senior living building. Which robot first?
Usually a corridor scrubber like the CleanBoss C40, because that is where the labor hours are. If your bottleneck is staff walking items room to room instead, the RoomRunner W3 delivery robot or the RouteRunner T10 service robot is the better first machine. We look at your floor plan and your shift schedule before recommending either.
Do these robots disinfect or sanitize?
No. These are floor cleaning and material-handling machines. They sweep, vacuum, scrub, mop and recover dirty water, and they move items from point to point. We do not make disinfection or infection-control claims, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.
Will it replace my cleaning staff?
No, and we will tell you so on the call. A robot absorbs the repeatable floor work — long runs, the same corridor every night, warehouse aisles. Your crew keeps the judgment work: restrooms, detail, touchpoints, anything that needs a person deciding what "clean" means. Most of our customers use the hours they get back rather than cutting headcount.
What brand of robot is this?
Every machine we sell is a KEENON. The CleanPro C30 is the KEENON KLEENBOT C30, the CleanBoss C40 is the KLEENBOT C40, the RouteRunner T10 is the DINERBOT T10, and so on. KEENON has shipped more than 100,000 robots across 60 countries and 600 cities. We are the Minnesota cleaning robot dealer, and we handle the sale, the routing, the training and the service.
What happens when something breaks in Rochester?
You call us and we come down. Service runs out of Shakopee. That is the entire reason to buy from a Minnesota dealer instead of ordering a machine online and hoping the manufacturer answers.
