We rolled into Tree Tops Apartments with a CleanPro C30, found two massive Vikings fans, two long carpeted hallways, and somehow ended up scheduling the robot to clean at 1:30 AM three times in a row. I knew we were going to get along.

We brought the CleanPro C30 and CleanBoss C40 into Bristol Village for another apartment demo. Most of the property was carpet, so both robots spent the day working dry — and the conversation quickly expanded way beyond one building.

Mark’s longtime local watering hole became our latest proof of concept: nearly an entire Irish pub, tight bathrooms, only two no-go zones, and one CleanBoss C40 determined to end the stickiness.

We arrived at St. Paul City School expecting a normal CleanBoss C40 demonstration. The robot performed exactly how we hoped—but the real story became Jennie, Esteban, and the Wolves Crew, who go far beyond educating students to support families and strengthen their entire community.

We knew the CleanBoss C40 could dominate long hallways. Macanda wanted to know if it could handle tight tables, a bar, moving furniture, and a real restaurant layout. Honestly, so did we.

Our first real proof of concept in a school gave us hallways, a classroom, Paul from building and grounds, a very happy janitor, and another classic lesson in live demos.

RevoRoute Robotics wrapped up its first trade show at MASMS, spending two days with educational facility professionals, school teams, custodial leaders, and vendors. From real conversations to scheduled demos and strong new prospects, MASMS was a great first step into the school facility world — and a reminder that seeing autonomous floor care in person changes the conversation fast.

Six months into our partnership with Keenon, RevoRoute Robotics is moving fast — and we’re building more than just a robot company. From real-world demos and upcoming trade shows to extended customer trials and our custom-built R3 CRM, we’re creating the systems, support, and local process needed to help facilities confidently bring autonomous robotics into their daily operations.

This one started with a text that felt a little spicy and ended with Rob talking about multiple locations, multiple robots, and an extended demo. Another day, another proof of concept.

We headed to Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities thinking it might feel more like a traditional church-style outreach space. What we found instead was something deeper, bigger, and honestly inspiring — and the robot demo went smooth from the start.

We rolled into New Prague High School to meet wrestling coach Dan Wagner and put the CleanBoss C40 to work. What started as a normal demo turned into one of those days where you learn something big fast.

The CleanPro C30 made its way into $5 Tan for a demo that started with a simple conversation and turned into a pretty perfect fit. With long hallways, smaller tanning rooms, steady foot traffic, and a district manager ready to ask the right questions, the C30 got mapped, customized with a “Welcome to $5 Tan” face, and went to work. Between the robot cruising the salon, the team getting excited, and a little Chipotle and coffee mixed in, this demo felt like another real-world win for RevoRoute Robotics.

Our first grocery store demo took us up to Grand Champion Meats in Foley, Minnesota, where the CleanBoss C40 and CleanPro C30 rolled into a busy store full of customers, employees, good questions, great food, and small-town curiosity. Between the daytime demo, overnight cleaning run, fresh-mopped floors, and Kelly letting the C40 rock for the weekend, Foley gave the robots a brand-new kind of test — and they showed up ready. Also, yes, the food and ice cream were absolutely worth talking about twice.

New Prague gave the CleanBoss C40 and CleanPro C30 a real test: dirt, mud chunks, sticky grime, and one nasty little pole barn. After a full robot tag-team demo and scheduled overnight cleaning, the results were better than we expected.

Renovation dust, textured floors, and grime that did not want to leave. We brought the CleanBoss C40 to Ditch Witch for a real floor-care test — and the robot came ready to scrub.

A follow-up visit at a major enterprise facility took the conversation from corporate vacuuming to corporate mopping — and maybe something even bigger after that. Because of confidentiality, we can’t share the company name or internal details, but we can say this: the team was impressed, the lobby layout was perfect, and the idea of remote support and scheduled 1:00 AM cleaning routes started making a whole lot of sense.

Cleaning, serving, hospitality, hauling, and facility-support robots are no longer “someday” technology — they’re becoming practical tools for real businesses right now.

We wrapped up a morning demo at Sola Salon, jumped in the car, and drove 3 to 3.5 hours north to Walker, Minnesota for one of the wildest opportunities we’ve had yet — Northern Lights Casino wanted to see three different robots in action.
