The C30 Went to Heritage Lake… and Football Tickets Got Involved

Some demos start with floor plans.

This one started with football trash talk.

We brought the CleanPro C30 to Heritage Lake Apartments in Chanhassen and got the chance to meet Lori and Adam.

Both were awesome.

The conversation was easy from the start, the demo was fun, and then we found out Lori is a huge Chicago Bears fan.

Not just someone who owns a Bears sweatshirt.

A real Bears fan.

As a Vikings fan, I knew we were either going to get along really well or spend the whole demo arguing about football.

Luckily, we managed to do both.

For this property, we brought the CleanPro C30, which is compact, quiet, and built to handle repetitive dry-floor cleaning by sweeping, vacuuming, and dust-mopping.

That quiet part matters in an apartment building.

A robot can clean perfectly, but if every resident thinks a lawn mower is coming down the hallway, we’ve created a different problem.

The C30 just goes about its work without needing to announce itself to the entire building.

We got it running, walked through how it could fit into the property, and showed Lori and Adam what this kind of cleaning automation could look like in a real apartment environment.

And like almost every demo we do, the best part wasn’t just watching the robot move.

It was the conversation happening around it.

Where would it make the most sense?

What could it take off the staff’s plate?

What would they need from us to feel comfortable moving forward?

How do we make the budget, service, support, and overall setup work?

That is when a demo becomes valuable.

Not when someone says:

“Cool robot.”

When they start asking:

“Okay, how could this work here?”

The demo itself went really well, and afterward our next step was to share the cleaning results and put together some additional content showing more of what the C30 can do.

But somewhere between talking about robots, apartment cleaning, and NFC North football…

I made a slightly dangerous promise.

I told Lori that if we can make everything work and Heritage Lake ends up buying a robot—or maybe two—I’ll buy her and her husband tickets to a Vikings-Bears game.

Apparently, NFL tickets are part of the RevoRoute sales process now.

Was that my smartest negotiating strategy?

Debatable.

Was it memorable?

Absolutely.

And to be clear, I promised the tickets.

I did not promise the Bears would win.

This was one of those demos that reminded me how much the people matter.

Lori and Adam were fun, down-to-earth, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. Those are exactly the kinds of people we want to work with—not just through the initial demo, but through the entire process afterward.

Because we’re not interested in dropping off a robot and disappearing.

We want to help dial it in, answer the questions, work through the obstacles, and make sure it actually delivers value in the building.

Good people.

Fun demo.

A strong apartment use case.

And one potentially expensive football promise.

The C30 went to Chanhassen and handled its part.

Now we find out whether I owe a Bears fan some tickets.

RevoRoute Robotics

At RevoRoute Robotics, we believe robotics should feel a lot more personal.

We’re a family-owned business built on real relationships, real service, and real follow-through. We’re not here to act like some massive big-box operation or just move units and disappear. Our goal is simple: take care of people, help businesses run better, and build customer relationships that turn into friendships.

That’s what makes us different.

We’re proud to represent KEENON Robotics with exclusive distributor rights, but what matters even more is how we do business. We’re not just shipping robots and hoping for the best like a lot of companies out there. We stay involved. We help with the process. We answer the phone. We help with setup, service, maintenance, support, and the little things that matter after the sale.

Because to us, buying a robot shouldn’t feel like ordering a random product online. It should feel like you have a team behind you.

Whether you’re looking to improve cleaning consistency, save on labor, create a better customer experience, or bring smarter automation into your business, we work with you to find the right fit. No pressure, no cookie-cutter approach, no disappearing after delivery.

At RevoRoute, we want to earn your trust for the long haul.

Not just as your robotics provider, but as people you know, people you can call, and people who genuinely care about helping your business win.

That’s the RevoRoute difference:

Revolutionizing The Route Forward.
