Why Bloomington buildings call us

Foot traffic does not slow down for your staffing plan.

Bloomington packs more high-traffic hard floor into a few square miles than almost anywhere in Minnesota. The I-494 hotel corridor, the retail and entertainment volume, the corporate campuses along the strip, the distribution space south of the airport — all of it runs on floors that thousands of people walk across every day.

High traffic means the difference between a floor cleaned nightly and a floor cleaned "most nights" shows up in about a week. And it means the cost of getting behind is not just appearance; it is stripping and refinishing a floor years earlier than you budgeted for.

The crews doing that work are the same crews everyone is trying to hire. A robot does not replace them. It takes the repeatable runs — the concourse, the corridor, the warehouse aisle, the same route every night — and gives those hours back to detail work that actually needs a person.

Then add the airport-adjacent winter: five months of salt, sand and de-icer walked in through every entrance from November to April. Daily entry scrubbing is the single highest-return route a machine can run in this city.

"I had Taylor and Mark with RevoRoute Robotics come out and demo the CleanPro C30 and CleanBoss C40 in one of my pole barns, and I was very impressed. We started in a dirty area to really see what the robots could do, and they handled it extremely well."

Hotels and high-traffic retail

Two robots, two different labor problems.

In a Bloomington hotel the floor is only half the story. The other half is how many trips your staff make down a corridor carrying something for a guest.

A CleanBoss C40 takes the corridors, lobby and back-of-house — sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and recovering the dirty water in one pass. A RoomRunner W3 takes the deliveries: enclosed, secure cabin, calls the elevator itself, front desk to guest room without a person walking it. In restaurants and event space the RouteRunner T10 does the same for service and bussing.

Which one is worth doing first depends entirely on where your hours are going, and we would rather figure that out during a free demo than sell you the wrong machine. If the honest answer for your building is "neither, not yet," we will say so.

Why local matters

Shakopee-based. Twenty-five minutes away.

A robot is not a box you buy — it is a machine that has to keep running on your floor at two in the morning, six months from now.

Our shop is in Shakopee, roughly 25 minutes from Bloomington. That is not a marketing radius. That is the actual drive we make when your machine stops working, and it is the reason a local dealer beats a national reseller on the only metric that matters after the sale: how fast someone is standing next to your robot.

We map your building, set the routes, train your staff before we hand over the keys, and answer the phone ourselves. Buy the same machine online and your support is a ticket queue in another time zone.

That is the whole model: right robot, right route, trained staff, local support.

Questions we get

Bloomington cleaning robots, answered

Do you come to Bloomington for a demo?
Yes, and it is free. We are about 25 minutes away in Shakopee. We bring the robot to your building, map a real route on your actual floor, and run it while you watch — usually in the dirtiest area you have, because that is the only demo worth doing.
What does a cleaning robot cost in Bloomington?
Leases start around $454 a month for the CleanPro C30 and $668 for the CleanBoss C40 on a 60-month term — roughly $15 and $22 a day. Outright purchase is available, and so are custom payment plans and 3-, 6- or 9-month pilot programs if you want to prove it out before committing. Your exact number depends on credit approval and term; we confirm it at the demo.
Can a robot run during business hours with people around?
Yes. These machines navigate around people and obstacles, and most customers run them during off-peak hours rather than in a packed concourse. In a high-traffic building the usual pattern is overnight or early-morning routes on the long runs, with staff handling the daytime spot work.
Will it replace my cleaning staff?
No, and we will tell you so on the call. A robot absorbs the repeatable floor work — long runs, the same corridor every night, warehouse aisles. Your crew keeps the judgment work: restrooms, detail, touchpoints, anything that needs a person deciding what "clean" means. Most of our customers use the hours they get back rather than cutting headcount.
We manage several properties along 494. Do we buy a fleet?
Not up front. Put one machine in your hardest property and run it for a season. Once you have real hours-back numbers from your own floor, adding units becomes a budget conversation instead of a leap of faith — and you will know which model actually fits your layout.
What brand of robot is this?
Every machine we sell is a KEENON. The CleanPro C30 is the KEENON KLEENBOT C30, the CleanBoss C40 is the KLEENBOT C40, the RouteRunner T10 is the DINERBOT T10, and so on. KEENON has shipped more than 100,000 robots across 60 countries and 600 cities. We are the Minnesota cleaning robot dealer, and we handle the sale, the routing, the training and the service.
What happens when something breaks?
You call us and we come. Service is local, out of Shakopee. That is the entire reason to buy from a Minnesota dealer instead of ordering a machine online.
