Why Shakopee buildings call us

A warehouse town needs warehouse-sized floor care.

Shakopee is not an office town. It is distribution centers, manufacturing floors, pole barns, contractor shops and industrial parks strung along 169 and 101 — buildings with enormous stretches of sealed concrete and nobody with time to run a walk-behind across all of it.

That is the single clearest case for a robot. A long, open, repeatable route is what these machines are best at, and a warehouse aisle is the most repeatable route there is. Your crew does not want to spend four hours a night pushing a machine down the same lane, and frankly you do not want to pay them to.

Then there is everything else the city runs: schools and district buildings, the entertainment and event venues on the east side, fitness clubs, senior living, restaurants and retail. Different floor, same problem — not enough hours in the crew to cover the repeatable work and the detail work both.

And winter is winter. Salt, sand and melt come through every dock door and entry from November through April. Daily entry scrubbing is what stands between your floor finish and a resurfacing bill.

Every review below was left on Google by a real customer, unedited. We are not the biggest robotics company in the country. We are the one that will be in your building next week.

★★★★★
"I had Taylor and Mark with RevoRoute Robotics come out and demo the CleanPro C30 and CleanBoss C40 in one of my pole barns, and I was very impressed. We started in a dirty area to really see what the robots could do, and they handled it extremely well."

Warehouses and industrial floors

Big floors, heavy loads, and nobody to spare.

For a distribution center or a plant, the two labor sinks are the same everywhere: cleaning the concrete and moving material across it.

The CleanBoss C40 handles sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and dirty-water recovery on one pass, and the CleanCommander C55 steps up to the largest floors when a C40 would spend all night on one building. The HaulPro S100 does the other half — moving material around the clock without floor tape, QR codes or a rack retrofit.

If your building is here in Shakopee, this is the easiest demo we do. We bring the machine to your floor, start in your worst area on purpose, and let you watch it work before anyone talks about a lease. That is exactly how the pole barn demo that earned our first five-star review went.

Why local matters

This is our town. We are not driving in from somewhere else.

A robot is not a box you buy — it is a machine that has to keep running on your floor at two in the morning, six months from now.

Buy the same machine online and your support is a ticket queue in another time zone. Buy it from us and you get Taylor and Mark — the two people who mapped your building, set your routes and trained your staff before handing over the keys. Our shop and our family are both in Shakopee.

We also have no interest in selling you a robot that does not fit. If your floor plan is wrong for one, or your building is not ready yet, we will tell you at the demo and save us both the trouble.

That is the whole model: right robot, right route, trained staff, local support.

Questions we get

Shakopee cleaning robots, answered

Are you actually based in Shakopee?
Yes. RevoRoute Robotics is family-owned and based here in Shakopee. Sales, routing, training and service all run out of this town, and for a Shakopee building we are minutes away rather than a scheduled visit from out of state.
What does a cleaning robot cost?
Leases start around $454 a month for the CleanPro C30 and $668 for the CleanBoss C40 on a 60-month term — roughly $15 and $22 a day. Outright purchase is available, and so are custom payment plans and 3-, 6- or 9-month pilot programs if you want to prove it out before committing. Your exact number depends on credit approval and term; we confirm it at the demo.
Which robot fits a warehouse or pole barn?
Usually the CleanBoss C40, which sweeps, vacuums, scrubs, mops and recovers the dirty water on one pass. For the largest floors the CleanCommander C55 is the better fit. If your problem is moving material rather than cleaning, the HaulPro S100 is the machine to look at. We size it to your floor plan at the demo.
Will it replace my cleaning staff?
No, and we will tell you so on the call. A robot absorbs the repeatable floor work — long runs, the same corridor every night, warehouse aisles. Your crew keeps the judgment work: restrooms, detail, touchpoints, anything that needs a person deciding what "clean" means. Most of our customers use the hours they get back rather than cutting headcount.
Can I see one run before I commit to anything?
That is the whole point of the demo, and it is free. We bring the robot into your building, map a route on your actual floor and run it in your dirtiest area while you watch. No obligation. If it is not right for your space we will say so.
What brand of robot is this?
Every machine we sell is a KEENON. The CleanPro C30 is the KEENON KLEENBOT C30, the CleanBoss C40 is the KLEENBOT C40, the RouteRunner T10 is the DINERBOT T10, and so on. KEENON has shipped more than 100,000 robots across 60 countries and 600 cities. We are the Minnesota cleaning robot dealer, and we handle the sale, the routing, the training and the service.
What happens when something breaks?
You call us and we come. Service runs out of Shakopee, which for a Shakopee customer is about as short a trip as a service call gets in this business.
