Commercial cleaning robots.Tested on your Minnesota floors.
Repetitive floor care takes time. RevoRoute Robotics helps you evaluate the robot, route and staff routine that could make that work easier—with setup, training and local support from Shakopee.
Start with the job: routine vacuuming, hard-floor scrubbing, or a larger cleaning route. We’ll help you evaluate what the robot can handle and what still needs a person.

No stock. Real proof.
Sixty seconds of the CleanBoss C40 on real Minnesota floors — sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, mopping, recovering the dirty water, and docking itself. Our local galleries show RevoRoute demonstrations and customer routes. Product introductions and manufacturer resources are labeled separately. Then let’s run the same thing in your building.
What are your floors costing you?
Start with your current costs. We’ll measure the potential time savings on your floors during a demo.
Add the hours across your whole crew.
Include pay and employer costs. $25 is an example—use your actual cost.
Use only the floor-care part of your contract.
Lease pricing is one part of the cost. Your demo helps us check the fit, staff time, and ongoing costs.

How this estimate works
Your yearly labor cost is weekly staff hours × hourly cost × 52 weeks. Contract costs are your monthly floor-care amount × 12. Monthly labor cost is the yearly total divided by 12. Adjust your weekly hours for seasonal schedules.
The $25/hour example uses the BLS 2025 Minnesota janitor median of $19.04/hour, reported by O*NET, plus an assumed 30% in employer costs, rounded. Your actual costs may differ.
This compares current costs with lease payments; it does not calculate savings or net ROI. A robot still needs staff support, supplies, maintenance, and energy. Lease pricing depends on term, configuration, and credit approval. We confirm robot fit and potential time savings on site.
