The T9 carries up to 88.2 lb across four trays, with a 22 lb limit per tray. It shares the T10’s nominal total load capacity and offers more capacity than the narrower T11. Choose between them using aisle width, tray size, runtime, and your delivery workflow.

Once local demo availability is confirmed, we bring the T9 to your facility, map a real route, and measure passage widths, tray-load fit, and elapsed shift runtime against your actual service pattern.

The purpose of the demonstration is to determine whether the T9 fits your facility — not to force the wrong robot into the wrong application.

How much does the RouteRunner T9 cost?
$382 a month on a 60-month lease — roughly $13 a day. Shorter terms run higher (24 months is $834 a month). Outright purchase, custom payment plans, and 3-, 6- or 9-month pilot programs are also available. Rates vary by credit approval; we confirm your exact number at the demo.
Can we see a delivery robot run in our dining room first?
Reserve a demo now and you're first on the list when the T9 lands in Minnesota. Until then we can show you the RouteRunner T10 on your floor — same KEENON platform, so you'll see how the mapping, routes and training work.
T9, T10 or Slim T11 — which one do we need?
All three run the same KEENON delivery platform. The T9 is rated by KEENON for 13–18 hours on a charge and carries the lowest lease of the three. The T10 adds a 23.8-inch display for menus and promos and is already running in Minnesota. The Slim T11 is the narrow-aisle version. We'll tell you which one fits at the demo.
Where does the T9 work best?
Restaurants, hotels, event venues and senior living — repeat trips from kitchen to table or station to station, on clear aisles and a consistent floor. The exact passage width it needs is in the spec table above.
Who installs, trains and services it?
We do — from our shop in Shakopee. The people who demo and install the robot are the people who train your staff and service it: mapping and no-go zones, staff training, remote troubleshooting, route and settings changes, and parts and service out of Shakopee. No third-party dispatch.
