Minnesota apartment properties · RevoRoute Robotics

Keep the common-area route moving. Give your team room for the rest.

Apartment teams have more to handle than another pass down the hallway. RevoRoute Robotics helps Minnesota properties evaluate robotic floor care for suitable corridors, lobbies and shared spaces—with route setup, operator training and local support.

Start with one useful route. Find out what the robot can cover, what still needs a person and whether the routine works for your building.

Start with the floor-care job.

Carpeted corridors & dry debris

The CleanPro C30 is the starting point for suitable dry routes. It vacuums and supports dry mopping; it does not wet-scrub or clean up spills.

Hard-floor lobbies & shared areas

Evaluate the CleanBoss C40 where suitable hard floors need scrubbing/mopping and dirty-water recovery. We’ll check the mode, flooring, transitions and daily servicing.

Larger open hard-floor areas

The CleanCommander C55 may suit larger indoor routes when access, turning room and water servicing work for the property. Bigger equipment helps only when the route supports it.

Your team stays in the loop

The robot handles a route. Your team runs the operation.

A workable plan includes preparing the route, routine robot care, checking cleaning quality and responding to alerts. People still handle stairs, blocked areas, detail work and jobs outside the selected robot’s capabilities.

We’ll measure staff time before and during the demonstration—including robot-care time. That gives you a more useful decision than comparing square footage alone.

Elevator planning

Multiple floors? Check the elevator first.

Automatic elevator travel is a separate, site-specific integration. Compatibility, scope, approvals, installation and acceptance testing must be confirmed with the property, elevator contractor and robot manufacturer.

A robot working near an elevator is not proof it can operate that elevator. We won’t include unverified multi-floor operation in your cleaning plan.

Start with a suitable single-floor route while integration is evaluated. Any staff-assisted transport needs its own safe, practical plan.

Let the route answer the important questions.

  • Cleaning quality on the actual floor and soil.
  • Staff time before, during and after robot use.
  • Remaining manual work and robot care.
  • Doorways, transitions, turns and blocked areas.
  • Interruptions, noise, charging and water servicing.
  • A practical routine for residents and staff.

Questions property teams ask

Will this reduce payroll?

Recovered staff capacity is different from cash savings. We measure time and discuss how your team would use it. We do not assume payroll or contract spending will fall.

Can one robot handle every surface?

Model and mode matter. The C30 is for dry floor care. Wet scrubbing is for approved hard floors. We check surfaces, transitions and remaining detail work on site.

Can it run whenever residents are around?

We evaluate traffic, noise, obstacles and operating times, then agree on an appropriate route and staff response plan. Availability of automation does not remove the need for oversight.

What does a workstation need?

Requirements depend on the supplied model and workstation. We confirm placement, utilities, servicing access and installation responsibilities before recommending that configuration.
