Two Robots Walk Into Bristol Village… Things Escalated

This one escalated quickly.

We headed over to Bristol Village in Bloomington with both the CleanPro C30 and the CleanBoss C40 for another apartment-property demo.

And this one was a little different.

Most of the areas we were working in were carpeted, so both robots were running dry for the majority of the demo.

That actually made it a really good test.

The C30 was right in its wheelhouse handling the dry-floor work, and the C40 got to show that it could still be useful in a property even when we weren’t leaning heavily on the scrubbing side.

Two robots.

Same property.

Different strengths.

We started mapping out the hallways, lobby, and community spaces, and both robots got rolling.

And like almost every demo we do, the bigger conversation started happening while the robots were actually working.

That’s probably my favorite part of these.

You can talk about robots all day.

You can show somebody specifications.

You can show videos.

But once the thing is actually cruising through their building, people start looking around differently.

“Could it do that hallway?”

“What about this area?”

“What about another building?”

Now we’re having fun.

Grant and the Hegenes team started talking about some of their other opportunities and properties, and suddenly Bristol wasn’t just Bristol anymore.

We’ve already got Treetops Apartments coming up next.

We’ve talked about a Minneapolis school.

There’s a potential opportunity with TCO Orthopedics.

And when you start looking at how many different properties and complexes they’re involved with, your brain starts doing exactly what ours does…

Okay. Where else can we put a robot?

That’s where Bristol became more than just another demo.

It gave us another chance to see how the C30 and C40 can fit into an apartment environment, but more importantly, it started showing us what a larger robotics program could potentially look like across multiple properties.

Different buildings might need different robots.

Different routes.

Different schedules.

Different setups.

That’s the whole point.

The robot isn’t the strategy.

Getting the right robot into the right space and actually making it work is.

And Bristol gave us another really good look at that.

It also reminded us that not every property has to be some giant hard-floor scrub job for robotics to make sense.

Sometimes it’s long carpeted hallways.

Sometimes it’s common areas.

Sometimes it’s just taking repetitive floor work off the staff’s plate so they can spend time on the things that actually need people.

Simple.

And now we get to do it again.

Next up is Treetops, and there are already plenty of other possibilities being talked about.

So Bristol may have been one stop…

But it definitely feels like it opened a lot more doors.

Two robots. One apartment complex. A whole lot more possibilities.

To be continued…

RevoRoute Robotics

At RevoRoute Robotics, we believe robotics should feel a lot more personal.

We’re a family-owned business built on real relationships, real service, and real follow-through. We’re not here to act like some massive big-box operation or just move units and disappear. Our goal is simple: take care of people, help businesses run better, and build customer relationships that turn into friendships.

That’s what makes us different.

We’re proud to represent KEENON Robotics with exclusive distributor rights, but what matters even more is how we do business. We’re not just shipping robots and hoping for the best like a lot of companies out there. We stay involved. We help with the process. We answer the phone. We help with setup, service, maintenance, support, and the little things that matter after the sale.

Because to us, buying a robot shouldn’t feel like ordering a random product online. It should feel like you have a team behind you.

Whether you’re looking to improve cleaning consistency, save on labor, create a better customer experience, or bring smarter automation into your business, we work with you to find the right fit. No pressure, no cookie-cutter approach, no disappearing after delivery.

At RevoRoute, we want to earn your trust for the long haul.

Not just as your robotics provider, but as people you know, people you can call, and people who genuinely care about helping your business win.

That’s the RevoRoute difference:

Revolutionizing The Route Forward.
