First Trade Show in the Books: RevoRoute Robotics Takes on MASMS

Well, RevoRoute Robotics officially has its first real trade show in the books.

And honestly, MASMS was a pretty awesome one to start with.

We spent two days surrounded by educational facility management professionals, school facility teams, custodial leaders, vendors, and people who actually understand what it takes to keep a school building running every single day.

These are the people dealing with hallways, cafeterias, gyms, entryways, staffing challenges, tight budgets, busy schedules, and floors that never really get a day off.

So for us, it was the perfect crowd.

We brought the robots out, set up the booth, fired up the screens, and got to have the kind of conversations we love having. Not just, “Here’s a robot, look how cool it is.” More like, “Here’s where this could actually help your building, your staff, your schedule, and your day-to-day operation.”

That is where it gets real.

A lot of people stopped by curious. Some had never seen autonomous floor care up close before. Some immediately started thinking through their own schools, hallways, cafeterias, gyms, entryways, and problem areas. Some asked the exact questions that matter: How does it map? How does it handle obstacles? What does support look like? Can we demo it in our building?

That last one is always our favorite.

Because seeing is believing.

By the end of the two days, we had demos scheduled, strong prospects to follow up with, and a lot of great conversations that made the whole event worth it.

We also met some awesome vendors and companies serving the school facility world. That was one of the best parts of MASMS. Everyone there was trying to help schools run cleaner, safer, smarter, or more efficiently in some way. It was cool to be around that kind of energy.

And being our first trade show, we definitely learned a few things.

One thing we picked up from other vendors was how fast some of these events move. A few vendors told us about another school facility trade show coming up where you basically have to be ready to sign up right away on July 1st because it sells out in days.

That was a good “welcome to the trade show world” moment for us.

There is a lot to learn with these events. What shows are worth being at, how fast booths fill up, what schools are looking for, and where the best conversations happen. MASMS gave us a really good start, and it also gave us a better idea of where RevoRoute needs to be next.

For our first trade show, we learned a lot. What worked, what caught attention, what questions came up, and how people reacted when they saw the robots in person.

And the reaction was exactly what we hoped for.

People stopped. People asked questions. People could picture it in their own buildings.

That is the whole point.

At RevoRoute Robotics, we are not trying to just drop off machines and disappear. We want to help schools and facilities figure out the right robot, the right route, the right setup, and the right support plan so the technology actually makes sense in the real world.

MASMS was a great reminder that the need is there.

The curiosity is there.

And now, the demos are coming.

Huge thank you to MASMS, the educational facility professionals, the vendors, and everyone who stopped by the RevoRoute Robotics booth.

First trade show down.

A lot more routes ahead.

RevoRoute Robotics

At RevoRoute Robotics, we believe robotics should feel a lot more personal.

We’re a family-owned business built on real relationships, real service, and real follow-through. We’re not here to act like some massive big-box operation or just move units and disappear. Our goal is simple: take care of people, help businesses run better, and build customer relationships that turn into friendships.

That’s what makes us different.

We’re proud to represent KEENON Robotics with exclusive distributor rights, but what matters even more is how we do business. We’re not just shipping robots and hoping for the best like a lot of companies out there. We stay involved. We help with the process. We answer the phone. We help with setup, service, maintenance, support, and the little things that matter after the sale.

Because to us, buying a robot shouldn’t feel like ordering a random product online. It should feel like you have a team behind you.

Whether you’re looking to improve cleaning consistency, save on labor, create a better customer experience, or bring smarter automation into your business, we work with you to find the right fit. No pressure, no cookie-cutter approach, no disappearing after delivery.

At RevoRoute, we want to earn your trust for the long haul.

Not just as your robotics provider, but as people you know, people you can call, and people who genuinely care about helping your business win.

That’s the RevoRoute difference:

Revolutionizing The Route Forward.
