A Team With Heart, Purpose, and a Bigger Mission

Most of our demos start with a pretty straightforward plan.

We pull up. Unload the CleanBoss C40. Walk the facility. Look at the floors, hallways, turns, obstacles, and cleaning needs. Then we map a route, let the robot do its thing, answer questions, and hopefully put on a good enough show to earn the opportunity to keep the conversation moving.

Let’s be honest—the goal is to demonstrate the robot, prove that it can help, and hopefully sell an autonomous cleaning system.

That is exactly what we thought we were walking into at St. Paul City School.

A normal school demo.

Long hallways.

Shiny floors.

A CleanBoss C40 ready to get to work.

Then we met the people.

First Impression: This Place Was Already Taken Care Of

When we arrived at St. Paul City School, the first thing we noticed was how good everything looked.

The school was clean. The floors were shiny. The hallways were well maintained. You could tell immediately that the people there already cared about the building and took pride in it.

That actually made the demonstration more meaningful.

We were not being asked to make an abandoned warehouse floor look respectable. The C40 had to show how it could support a team that was already doing a good job—by handling repetitive floor cleaning more consistently and giving employees another tool to work with.

We mapped the routes, tested the hallways, adjusted a few things, and put the C40 through its paces.

And honestly, the demo went about as well as we could have hoped.

The robot navigated the school smoothly, handled the routes, and gave us opportunities to run a few tests we had not tried before. We learned more about the C40, the school learned more about what autonomous floor cleaning could realistically do, and the entire demonstration felt productive from beginning to end.

The robot did its job.

But somewhere along the way, the robot stopped being the most interesting part of the visit.

Then We Met Jennie and Esteban

Jennie is the elementary school principal, and Esteban is the school district’s director of finance and operations. Both are deeply involved in supporting the school’s students, staff, and families.

They were both awesome from the start.

They were welcoming, engaged, easy to talk with, and genuinely interested in understanding how the C40 could help their team.

But as we started learning more about them and the rest of the Wolves Crew, the conversation became much bigger than cleaning floors.

St. Paul City School is not simply a place where students arrive, attend classes, and go home.

It is a full-service community school built around supporting the whole student and the entire family—not only during the school day, but through the challenges they may be facing outside of it.

They help families access food.

They operate an on-site food pantry.

They provide clothing, shoes, socks, hygiene products, and other basic necessities.

They connect families with healthcare and community resources.

They work with local organizations, financial institutions, donors, and community partners.

They organize events, bring people together, and continually look for new ways to support their students and families.

And those are only the things we were able to learn about during one visit.

This Is Bigger Than a School Building

A lot of students arrive at school carrying much more than a backpack.

Some families are dealing with food insecurity. Others may need clothing, healthcare, transportation, financial guidance, or simply someone they trust who can help connect them with the right resource.

Those challenges do not disappear when the first bell rings.

St. Paul City School understands that.

Their team recognizes that it is difficult for a student to focus fully on education when basic needs outside the classroom are not being met. Instead of pretending those problems are someone else’s responsibility, they step in and help however they can.

That takes a different level of commitment.

It takes time.

It takes partnerships.

It takes donations, coordination, planning, and a team of people willing to do work that most of the public may never see.

Most importantly, it takes people who genuinely care.

That is what stood out about Jennie, Esteban, and the rest of the Wolves Crew.

They were not listing programs because they wanted credit.

They were talking about real students, real families, real needs, and what they could do next to help.

You can tell the difference.

The Robot Still Showed Up

Now, with all of that said, the CleanBoss C40 still had a job to do.

And it showed up.

The C40 demonstrated how autonomous cleaning could take repetitive sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and dirty-water recovery off the team’s plate.

That does not replace everything a custodial team does.

It is not supposed to.

The purpose is to take on repetitive floor care so employees have more time for bathrooms, trash, detailing, classrooms, event setup, building needs, and the many other responsibilities that still require people.

At a school where the team already carries so much responsibility, giving them time back matters.

Even a few hours redirected each week can make a difference.

That is where robotics should fit—not as technology for the sake of technology, but as a practical tool that supports good people doing important work.

We Came for a Demo and Left With a Relationship

We arrived hoping to prove that the C40 could clean the school.

We left talking about collaborations, networking, community events, future opportunities, and ways RevoRoute could potentially work alongside the school beyond one demonstration.

We are still working through what the right next step could look like with the C40. Nothing is finalized, and we never want to pretend a demonstration is a completed sale before it actually is… but there was already talks about possibly…….. Triplets! A CleanBoss on each floor of the school. Talk About efficient and a school that will remain sparkling, even in the winter time. Now that would be awesome.

But the relationship already feels bigger than a normal sales conversation.

Jennie and Esteban are the kind of people you want to stay connected with.

The Wolves Crew is the kind of team you want to support.

And St. Paul City School is the kind of organization we would be proud to work alongside.

At RevoRoute, we talk a lot about building relationships instead of simply dropping off robots and disappearing.

This visit was a perfect example of why.

Sometimes the robot is the biggest story of the day.

Sometimes it opens the door to a much better one.

Clean floors?

Check.

Strong demonstration?

Absolutely.

A school doing far more for its students, families, and community than most people realize?

Without question.

The C40 can help take care of the building.
The Wolves Crew is helping take care of an entire community.

Those are the demos you remember.

RevoRoute Robotics

At RevoRoute Robotics, we believe robotics should feel a lot more personal.

We’re a family-owned business built on real relationships, real service, and real follow-through. We’re not here to act like some massive big-box operation or just move units and disappear. Our goal is simple: take care of people, help businesses run better, and build customer relationships that turn into friendships.

That’s what makes us different.

We’re proud to represent KEENON Robotics with exclusive distributor rights, but what matters even more is how we do business. We’re not just shipping robots and hoping for the best like a lot of companies out there. We stay involved. We help with the process. We answer the phone. We help with setup, service, maintenance, support, and the little things that matter after the sale.

Because to us, buying a robot shouldn’t feel like ordering a random product online. It should feel like you have a team behind you.

Whether you’re looking to improve cleaning consistency, save on labor, create a better customer experience, or bring smarter automation into your business, we work with you to find the right fit. No pressure, no cookie-cutter approach, no disappearing after delivery.

At RevoRoute, we want to earn your trust for the long haul.

Not just as your robotics provider, but as people you know, people you can call, and people who genuinely care about helping your business win.

That’s the RevoRoute difference:

Revolutionizing The Route Forward.
